“The French Textile Machinery Manufactures: Your partner to Address Globalization Challenge”
On March 12, 2008 at Hyatt Regency Bandung, The Embassy of France in Indonesia, Economic Department, UBIFRANCE and UCMTF (French Association of Textile Machinery manufacturers) organized one day seminar of The French Textile Machinery Manufactures.
This event is under the patronage of The Ambassador of France in Indonesia, The Indonesian Ministry of Industry with collaboration of API, STT, and Indonesian French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI).
This seminar is aimed to enhance the cooperation between entrepreneurs from France and Indonesia, in view to better address the challenge to be faced by the textile world in the times ahead. Furthermore, the French textile manufacturers should be able to provide Indonesian players with the best technical solutions to spur their competitiveness on the global market.
The opening ceremony was held by the Ambassador of France in Indonesia, H.E.Mrs Catherine Boivineau and The Governor of West Java, Mr. Danny Setiawan and continued by presentation on French textile machine by Mrs. Evelyne Cholet, the General Secretary of UCMTF.
The seminar was simultaneously held in two different rooms which was attended by main textiles manufactures from France, namely LAROCHE, ASSELIN-THIBEAU, RIETER PERFOJET, AESA AIR ENGINEERING, STÄUBLI, N.SCHLUMBERGER, RITM and SUPERBA. All of those companies presented their products in fronts of participants who are local players in Indonesia.
After the seminars, the participants are free to have to individual discussions on business to business meetings with French company’s representative which is a great opportunity for both parties to learn from each other and deepen their relationship, as well as to discover the future business opportunity.
