On Tuesday, September 11th 2007, IFCCI had the opportunity to organize a joint business luncheon with Britcham, Ekonid, Eurocham and INA, to hear and understand more about the New Business Oppotunities in Indonesia thanks to the important guest speaker Mrs. Elka Mari Pangestu, Indonesian Minister of Trade.
This event happening in the Flores Ballroom of the Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta gathered about 90 people from different business fields and levels. Indeed, everybody has been able to understand which are the new opportunities to realize business in Indonesia.
Mrs. Pangestu presentation was mostly about investment climate, improvement and characteristics of new financial fields. Furthermore, she gave precisions on the 4 years program Tradexpo 2007 , focused on Indonesian progression. This event will happen from 23 to 27 October 2007.
Later, some of the guests had the oppotunity to ask questions to Mrs. Pangestu who answered them immediately.
Fortunately, at the end of the lunch-meeting, everyone could feel free to discuss a bit longer with the Minister and ask her clear questions to get quick and clear answers.
